The Windmill block has always been one of the best performing sites on the property. North facing, 100 metres in elevation, low cordon and deep red volcanic soils make this piece of land a unique place to grow Pinot Noir. Windmill is consistently the core piece of our Reserve.
Wild thyme, strawberry and lavender aromas dominate. In the mouth we see a structural framework that hints at the whole cluster inclusion. A beautifully red-fruited wine that intertwines both delicacy and presence.
